Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our team as a New Home Consultant at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the new home purchase process, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial contact to closing.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships while providing detailed knowledge of community features.
- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our selling philosophy.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Maintain accurate communication records and ensure consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What We Offer
As a Residential Sales Representative at Lennar Homes, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including robust health insurance plans, 401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match, Paid Parental Leave, Associate Assistance Program, Education Assistance Program, Adoption Assistance up to $30,000, generous vacation time, Holiday, Sick Leave, and Personal Day policies, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours. You will be working in an active role involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. A valid state driver's license is required to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales.
