Position Overview: The Venue Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment, focusing on both guest and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bar and dining operations effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (certification can be obtained upon hiring).
  • Obtain TIPS certification (available upon hiring).
  • Availability required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Potential for career advancement within the company as it grows.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide exceptional guest service.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for staff, covering safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns.
  • Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures diligently.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Assist in creating employee schedules.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a management role within the restaurant industry or 5 years in a guest service capacity.
  • Highly motivated and energetic individual.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to timely completion of tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting from $43,000.00 annually
