Venue Operations Supervisor

Position Overview: The Venue Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment, focusing on both guest and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bar and dining operations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (certification can be obtained upon hiring).
- Obtain TIPS certification (available upon hiring).
- Availability required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Potential for career advancement within the company as it grows.
Essential Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Facilitate comprehensive training for staff, covering safety protocols and operational standards.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures diligently.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Assist in creating employee schedules.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a management role within the restaurant industry or 5 years in a guest service capacity.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to timely completion of tasks.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from $43,000.00 annually
