The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Broker Customer Success Manager to enhance our Inside Sales team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while supporting clients in the Great Lakes Region.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Act as a strategic partner in driving customer success.
- Assess the competitive landscape and customer usage of DAT services.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, presenting additional DAT products that align with their success metrics.
- Maintain and grow established customer relationships through proactive outreach and communication.
- Manage a sales funnel and conduct sales chats effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in account management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and identify customer needs.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Commitment to following established processes and procedures.
