Customer Success Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our global client's team. This role is crucial in ensuring both B2C and B2B customers have a positive experience, driving increased sales and customer retention.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in creating training manuals, writing call center scripts, and developing email templates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.
- Create comprehensive training manuals to help customers effectively use our products.
- Write and update call center scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
- Develop email templates for various customer communication needs, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics and initiatives.
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of related experience in customer success, ideally in creating training manuals, writing call center scripts, and developing email templates.
- Background working in Healthcare, insurance, or a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or ERP software is a plus.
- Great critical thinking and ability to be a great leader.
