About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EagleBank. As a key member of our Community Banking division, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and deepen relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Process transactions and balance cash accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve basic service issues by maintaining a strong knowledge of bank products and services, and referring complex requests to colleagues or departments as needed.
  • Proactively identify additional banking needs to strengthen client relationships and meet cross-sell goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Platform and Teller system.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of deposit products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
