Navy Mutual is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Support: Provide timely and professional support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Research and resolve member issues and inquiries about their existing policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Navy Mutual's life insurance products and services.
- Counseling and Education: Counsel members on military benefits, Navy Mutual membership, and products, and refer potential sales to sales representatives as needed.
- Documentation: Document all interactions and member feedback in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of call center and customer service experience with life insurance expertise preferred.
- Skills: Proven knowledge of call center operations and concepts, processes, procedures, and practices, including knowledge of CRM systems and multiple phone queue systems.
- Qualities: High level of professionalism, exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
