Key Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Provide timely and professional support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve member issues and inquiries about their existing policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Navy Mutual's life insurance products and services.
  • Counseling and Education: Counsel members on military benefits, Navy Mutual membership, and products, and refer potential sales to sales representatives as needed.
  • Documentation: Document all interactions and member feedback in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of call center and customer service experience with life insurance expertise preferred.
  • Skills: Proven knowledge of call center operations and concepts, processes, procedures, and practices, including knowledge of CRM systems and multiple phone queue systems.
  • Qualities: High level of professionalism, exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
