Position Overview:
The Compensation Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll and attendance system. This role ensures precise payroll information by collecting the necessary documentation for reconciling daily worked hours and incentive payments for unionized staff. The position requires close collaboration with the Human Resources department to guarantee that payroll processes align with union employment and benefits policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Input, review, and resolve payroll exceptions in the ADP E-Time payroll system.
2. Collaborate directly with Supervisors and Operators to obtain accurate pay data.
3. Record daily production data into the manufacturing system.
4. Prepare summary reports and spreadsheet data for incoming shifts.
5. Manage all production entries into the time and attendance system.
6. Reconcile daily payroll and production summaries with Supervisor assistance.
7. Track daily pay adjustments and maintain related spreadsheets based on Supervisor documentation.
8. Address timecard and payroll discrepancies by responding to employee inquiries.
9. Contribute as a team player by training, developing, and supporting the payroll team.
10. Generate and distribute reports as required.

Additional Duties:
Perform label printing, static record reviews, inventory tasks, and other assigned responsibilities as time permits.

Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience with ADP E-Time or similar payroll systems.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a union environment.
3. Familiarity with manufacturing settings and SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Proficient in spreadsheet data entry and reconciliation with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet daily deadlines in a dynamic union environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and supervisors regarding their inquiries and concerns.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required; some related college experience is preferred.
