About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government and education organizations, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored solutions to meet their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the government and education markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Three or more years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the government and education markets, including trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Two or more years of experience in telecommunications sales
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Spectrum Enterprise products and services
