We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Richmond, TX. As an essential member of our construction company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Entering Invoices
  • Credit card statement coding
  • Filing
  • Expense reports
  • Lien waivers
  • Communication with job supervisors
  • Variety of other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • 10-key typing speed
  • Able to commute to our office in Richmond, TX

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
  • Experience with Vista Software
  • Construction industry background

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.
