Accounts Payable Finance Associate

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Finance Associate to join our team at The Chefs' Warehouse. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Audit and investigate discrepancies in accounts payable documents, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Compute and record charges, refunds, and other adjustments to accounts payable transactions.
- Familiarize yourself with General Ledger coding to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including vouchers, invoices, and accounts payable aging reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in math and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
The Chefs' Warehouse offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
