Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing disbursements and accounts payable, managing invoices, and providing customer service as a Disbursements Representative/Accounts Payable Clerk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing invoices for payment.
  • Routing invoices for payment and rejecting those with insufficient information.
  • Communicating with vendors and business partners regarding billing and reimbursement.
  • Providing customer service and resolving questions and issues regarding expense reports and invoice payment status.
  • Training and assisting vendors and business partners with using billing systems.
  • Partnering with business unit partners to resolve PO issues.
  • Assisting with using SAP and other billing systems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must-haves include Accounts Payable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A background in account reconciliations is a plus. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Benefits and Salary:

TechTrueUp offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
