Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in library services, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Library Science (MLS) or related field from an ALA-accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in public library reference services, with a strong background in customer service, information literacy, and technology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
