Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team in the Northwest region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our stores in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales in the district.
  2. Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores in the district, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, through effective customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Multi-unit leader in the Retail space.
  2. Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager.
  3. Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating store managers and staff.
  4. Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  5. An understanding of sales and marketing principles to drive strategic profitability.
  6. Analytical mindset to assess store performance metrics and develop strategic plans for improvement.
