POSITION OVERVIEW: This role involves assisting in various supervised tasks throughout the manufacturing facility, ensuring effective and efficient operations. The success in this position is measured by the ability to carry out the following essential responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
  • Execute diverse tasks associated with production processes and additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain effective communication with teams, colleagues, management, and administrative staff.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Contribute to company-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks.
  • Proficiently read and operate measurement instruments.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Participate in training across various departments to understand processes and machinery.
  • Provide assistance to other departments in the production process as required.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous job-related experience is not mandatory, although a general understanding of manufacturing practices is advantageous.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING: This position requires general problem-solving and decision-making capabilities within the scope of the role.

INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT: The role necessitates a reasonable degree of independent judgment.

FLEXIBILITY: This position allows for a low level of autonomy while requiring a high degree of adaptability.
