We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Support Coordinator to join our team at HR&Co. LLC. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Executive staff, ensuring seamless execution of their duties and priorities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive staff calendar, scheduling appointments and internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for domestic trips, including airfare and lodging reservations.
  • Prepare briefing binders for executive-level staff, ensuring conference materials are available and staff is prepared for meetings.
  • Provide timely follow-up on reports and administrative matters required to support executive staff policies.
  • Identify and resolve procedural problems, notifying the executive staff of potentially controversial issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to handle confidential material discreetly.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with Virtual tools, such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Prior experience working within the Federal Government is preferred but not required.
