We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales and Experience Team at SEI Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the Independent Broker/Dealer channel.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for current firms, leading client and account management in the Independent Broker/Dealer channel.
- Work in coordination with a senior Business Development professional to drive territory strategy planning.
- Proactively engage clients and prospective-clients through online-meetings, telephone, and email to drive sales agendas and support advisor-client engagement.
- Influence the development and activation of advisor-client relationships at all stages in the buying journey.
- Shape and implement sophisticated growth agendas, focusing on motivating prospective-clients to embrace change and convert business.
- Through mastery of SEI's suite-of-solutions, educate and persuade clients to support their engagement with SEI, across custody, technology, asset management, and business-centric solutions.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services client sales and service support, with direct experience in the Independent Broker/Dealer channel sales strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years' SEI experience in lieu of degree.
- Current NASAA Series 65 or Series 66 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
- Experience in multi-channel communication mediums, including individual face-to-face interactions, in-person one-to-many presentations, virtual one-to-many presentations, live video, recorded video, phone, and email.
- Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, plus a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both within a team and independently as a self-starter, with a willingness to learn and be mentored.
- Ability to influence decision-making and tackle problems, thinking critically and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record in buyer satisfaction.
