About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our Account Management & Service department, you will play a critical role in supporting our account management team and Property & Casualty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to the account management team, ensuring seamless execution of account-related tasks and activities.
  • Process lost policy release forms, transmit correspondence to insured and carriers, and issue certificates of insurance, Auto ID Cards, and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives.
  • Perform billing-related functions, including premium invoicing, premium financing, reconciliation of commission items with HUB HFC/ARC, and follow-up with clients on past-due accounts receivable items.
  • Assemble and download policy documents, process endorsement requests, and secure pricing from carriers as needed.
  • Maintain a follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested.
  • Pursue a program for personal and professional development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in account management or a related field.
  • Pennsylvania Property/Casualty License or willingness to sit for the exam within the first year of hire date.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and EPIC proficiency preferred.
