Job Title: Account Executive

SEI Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales and Experience Team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the Independent Broker/Dealer channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive business growth and increase client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with senior Business Development professionals to drive sales agendas and support client engagement.
  • Proactively engage with clients and prospective clients through online meetings, telephone, and email to drive sales and support client health.
  • Influence the development and activation of advisor-client relationships at all stages of the buying journey.
  • Shape and implement sophisticated growth agendas to motivate prospective clients to convert business.
  • Through mastery of SEI's suite of solutions, educate and persuade clients to support their engagement with SEI across custody, technology, asset management, and business-centric solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services client sales and service support, with direct experience in the Independent Broker/Dealer channel sales strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years' SEI experience in lieu of degree.
  • Current NASAA Series 65 or Series 66 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
  • Experience in multi-channel communication mediums, including individual face-to-face interactions, in-person one-to-many presentations, virtual one-to-many presentations, live video, recorded video, phone, and email.
  • Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, plus a track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both within a team and independently as a self-starter, and a willingness to learn and be mentored.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and tackle problems, thinking critically and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record in buyer satisfaction.
