Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to the appropriate areas of the office.
  • Medical Scheduling: Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments with patients.
  • Medical Records Management: Accurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures as they are performed by the physician.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office projects, surgical studies, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Medical Administrative Support: Experience in a medical office setting, with knowledge of medical records management and administrative procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
