Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Medical Support Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Clinical Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Filing and managing incoming faxes and documents
  • Scheduling consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
  • Coordinating with medical staff, facilities, and other healthcare professionals
  • Completing and editing operative reports
  • Preparing surgery consent forms and scheduling sheets
  • Managing pathology reports and medical records
  • Accurately documenting medical visits and procedures
  • Assisting with office projects and surgical studies
  • Obtaining and documenting patient vitals
  • Administering injections and preparing procedures
  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean environment


Requirements:
  • Medical administrative support experience
  • Medical office experience
  • Computer skills and proficiency in EMR systems
  • Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations
  • Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
