Customer Service Specialist

The National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) is seeking a dedicated customer service specialist to enhance our exceptional team. Our customer service department is responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries related to NTCA's benefit programs.

As a customer service specialist, you will be expected to provide outstanding support to NTCA member organizations and benefit plan participants through prompt and courteous responses via various communication channels, including phone, electronic, and written correspondence.

Key qualifications include:
