We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at the Sales Empowerment Group. This individual will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of SAAS B2B selling experience, with a proven track record of success in compliance solution software, legal compliance background, government procurement, and construction compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience in compliance solution software, legal compliance background, government procurement, and construction compliance preferred
