About SV Academy

This program includes a two-week, hands-on training experience followed by a full-time W2, 12-week SDR Residency with a high-growth employer partner. Residents receive real-world experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop critical sales skills in a live environment.

About the SDR Role

As an SDR, you will be a key player in the sales process, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact, building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting up sales meetings to drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Educate and inform potential clients about the company's products and services.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for outreach, conversations, and scheduled meetings.
  • Learn and apply prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and sales best practices, while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency.
