Sales Outreach: Confidently pick up the phone, send compelling emails, and schedule both in-person and virtual meetings.
Expand Accounts: Work cross-functionally to develop customized solutions that exceed client expectations.
Build Trust & Value: Position our client's services as the go-to solution for facility needs.
Account Management: Ensure long-term customer retention by providing excellent service and proactive follow-up.
Leverage Customer Success: Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at trade organizations, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Exceed Sales Targets: Experienced in B2B Sales: 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
Relationship-Driven: You excel at building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Strong Negotiator: You're skilled at handling objections, structuring deals, and closing contracts.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Facilities Management Experience Preferred: Medical, dental, and vision plans.
