Please note, this is not a remote position; our Sales Representative will be expected to operate within our local offices and client locations as required.

As a Sales Representative at Pillar Solar, you will be at the forefront of promoting our innovative products and services to a diverse client base. You will play a crucial role in forging new relationships and strengthening existing ones, driving our mission to provide cost-effective and environmentally friendly solar solutions. Your success in this role will directly contribute to the broader objectives of Pillar Solar, impacting our growth in the renewable energy marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Presentation of company products and services to potential clients and preparing professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the solar energy sector.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven professional development.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
