About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with sales experience and a passion for marketing products based on customer needs. As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service, and working with the agent to meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote State Farm products.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success in meeting sales targets and achieving growth within the agency.
