  • Assist the lending team in evaluating potential member business loan requests and processing loan applications.
  • Review member financial condition and assess their ability to repay loans.
  • Negotiate credit terms with members, including interest rates, fees, and repayment structures.
  • Prepare credit memos and supporting documentation for loan committee review.
  • Develop and maintain business lending and deposit relationships with members.
  • Monitor and maintain a high-quality asset base by reviewing and updating member business financial information.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and the Board of Directors on lending strategies and activities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with high integrity.
