Job Summary

As a key member of our front-of-store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and leading by example to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the front-of-store team, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, and support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
  • Capable of multi-tasking.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
