Inbound Call Center Agent

We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to clients
- Perform lead qualification and follow scripted presentations to meet sales targets
- Multitask effectively while speaking and entering client data into the CRM system
- 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience
- College education preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a flexible schedule
