ECCO Call Center Supervisor

About the Role:
This position is based in Irvine, CA, and offers an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have at least six years of supervisory experience in responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data. Prior law enforcement or immigration-related experience is preferred. In addition to this, the ideal candidate should be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with a minimum proficiency of 2+ in Interpretation Performance according to the Interagency Language Roundtable Scale. They will also need to have excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with personnel of various backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes rapport with callers, asks probing questions to identify concerns, and applies knowledge of immigration enforcement/detention to assessing caller concerns.
- Responsible for making database and manual queries related to individuals in ICE detention or other persons in immigration proceedings received when necessary.
