About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Inside Account Manager to join our team at AWC. As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships to drive sales growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree or 2-year technical degree in a related field
  • 2-5 years of industry experience in sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of electrical and automation products, including PLCs, IOs, safety devices, and more
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
