Job Title: Account Manager

RxBenefits is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify client requirements and determine schedule availability
  • Promote services and define process and related materials
  • Provide quotation and contracts, acquire customer paperwork, and mediate process
  • Resolve issues, communicate job status, and obtain personalization signs-offs
  • Maintain client records and communicate billing procedures
Client Consultation:

As an Account Manager, you will play a major advisory role by providing client consultation on service and industry fundamentals, including list presorting, key mail-piece design elements, and materials. You will also host and/or participate in facility tours.

Client Information & Awareness:

You will be responsible for understanding the Client's organization and structure, knowing the Client's product/services, and staying aware of Client news and changes. You will maintain and update Client records with changes and communicate, monitor, and assure proper billing procedures.

Customer Continuity:

You will establish and promote goodwill with customers, review client history, and contact customers as a follow-up activity.

Internal Work Order Facilitation:

You will be accountable for accurate and timely preparation of orders, initiate work orders for implementation, produce expected reports, oversee, create, and/or assemble job packets, facilitate and generate data processing work orders, coordinate receipt of data, audit, and update.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Health/Pharmacy industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Thorough knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance and ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies and contract documents
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision or within a group or team
