ResolveSoft is in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst II to enhance our expanding QA team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the quality and performance of our software solutions through thorough planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Testing Process Management: Define, plan, and execute all stages of the testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test case creation, test execution, and defect documentation.
- SDLC Alignment: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that testing is seamlessly integrated into each phase of development, thereby minimizing risks and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Customer Communication: Act as the representative voice of the customer throughout the development process, engaging with them to comprehend their requirements and ensuring the final product aligns with their expectations.
- Test Case Development: Utilize your expertise to prioritize testing efforts and develop effective test cases that thoroughly assess the software's functionality, usability, and performance.
- Defect Identification: Execute test cases meticulously, identify defects, and document them clearly, including their severity and priority.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after code modifications, confirming that new issues have not been introduced.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports, ensuring clear communication and traceability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- 5+ years of experience in SDLC environments utilizing tools such as .Net Framework, Visual Studio, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with mobile testing tools and cloud-based testing services is advantageous.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) principles, methods, and tools is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools and test automation frameworks is a plus.
