Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Graham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, review of program documentation to assure government standards/requirements are adhered to, and for progress in accordance with schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks
* Review work products for correctness and adherence to design concept and user standards
* Review program documentation to ensure government standards/requirements are met
* Coordinate with Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure problems are solved to user's satisfaction

Requirements

* BS/BA degree (or equivalent) and approximately 4 years of experience in a related field
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette
* Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds

Working Conditions

This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with a qualifying disability to perform the essential functions.
