Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance processes for our Salesforce implementations and cloud support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure product meets the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the Hosting and Compute Center (HaCC) with quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in managing quality assurance-related tasks within Jira.
  • Develop and execute test cases for Salesforce implementations.
  • Provide technical insights into Salesforce to ensure solutions meet operational needs and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance.
  • DoD IAT II certification required.
Physical Demands

The work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
