Job Title: Software Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist

Infina, Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by writing and executing test plans, gathering requirements for upgrades, and collaborating with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality
  • Gather requirements for software upgrades and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues
  • Attend daily scrum meetings and participate in Agile software development lifecycle
  • Document user/customer feedback and track software bugs in Jira tickets
  • Deliver thoroughly tested, high-quality software releases on time
  • Analyze user needs and generate new feature requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on automated testing, technologies, and trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
  • Experience with front-end technologies, especially HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and industry best practices
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud computing services
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
