Job Summary

Metrea Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our ERP, Supply Chain, and Maintenance system implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system testing, implementation, and maintenance, with a focus on the aerospace industry. You will work closely with our project team and end-users to gather information, create test scenarios, and execute manual and automated test scripts.

We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of test scenarios, test scripts, and expected results
  • Execution of manual test scripts
  • Development and execution of automated test scripts, where applicable
  • Creation of end-user procedures and training materials
  • End-user support specific to resolving application/end-user training issues
  • System configuration
  • Assistance with administrative tasks, such as project plan maintenance, documentation filing, and scheduling meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or closely related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system testing, and implementation projects
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, yet variable environment
