Bellperson Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bellperson to join our team at The West Hollywood EDITION in California. As a Bellperson Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

This is a part-time position, and we are looking for someone who is available to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. The pay range for this position is $22.25 to $23.25 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits, including 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, childcare discounts, and other wellness benefits.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and no previous work experience is required. However, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

As a Bellperson Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and escorting guests to their rooms
• Opening doors and assisting guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
• Informing guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
• Identifying and explaining room features to guests
• Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
• Assisting with luggage storage and retrieval

You will also be responsible for arranging transportation for guests, communicating parking procedures, and maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
