Guest Service Representative

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Service Representative is a vital member of our bakery team, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to greet guests and determine their interests and needs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake offerings, including size and flavor profiles, pricing, and special promotions.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration, such as balloons, candles, and cards.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, and invite guests to join our email club to benefit from special promotions.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping and mopping of the floor, and dusting and cleaning of countertops and windows.
  • Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases to ensure a strong visual presentation.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements:
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
