About the Role

MorCare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and metrics to inform sales strategy and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer buying behavior
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
