We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Koch Industries. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales coverage of the geographic region encompassing NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD.
Key Responsibilities- Grow profitable revenue with our Channel Partners, focusing on the Food & Beverage, Material Handling, and Warehouse structure market segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain existing business and identify opportunities for growth to exceed annual sales goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Industrial channel partners, working closely to provide support on design wins at Industrial end users and OEMs.
- Broaden the customer base by finding and penetrating new targets for Molex's Industrial products.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel locally greater than 30% of the time.
- Geography includes the northeastern area of North America.
- Annual travel to Molex HQ in Lisle, IL.
- Prior experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm.
- What Will Put You Ahead:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or Business Management.
- Additional business-related degree/experience preferred.
- Prior experience within food & beverage industry, machine/line builders, material handling, and/or the general industrial automation sector is preferred.
- Experience working within all levels of an industrial automation plant including senior management, controls/system engineers, maintenance staff, and sourcing.
