Account Manager

As a key member of our team at Kersha Parker - State Farm Agent, the Account Manager will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. We are seeking a motivated professional who can help our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on their needs and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications:
Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
Enthusiasm about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks and provide a safety net for unexpected events.
Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Licensing and Life and Health Licensing.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
Proactive problem-solving skills and experience in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
