Medical Marketing Liaison

The Medical Marketing Liaison plays a vital role in promoting the Practice to referring doctors and the communities in which offices are located.
Key responsibilities include coordinating Practice marketing and public relations efforts, analyzing marketing trends, and generating reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, marketing and public relations experience, and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Practice
- Communicating effectively with the VP of Business Development, Practice Manager, governing body, coworkers, and referring doctors and their staff
- Visiting referring doctors' offices to promote Practice services and discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for sending patient referrals
- Conducting scheduled face-to-face meetings with targeted referral sources to uncover needs and deliver relevant information
- Delivering practice marketing materials to referring offices and scheduling and coordinating meetings with referring doctors
- Running referral reports and submitting results to the VP of Business Development and/or Practice Manager
- Analyzing referral reports and offering solutions to negative trends
- Coordinating public relations campaigns and awareness efforts
- Monitoring patient surveys to gather and analyze satisfaction and overall quality of care
- Working closely with the Marketing agency to develop and implement the organization's social media strategy
- Effectively communicating with Practice doctors to establish marketing and public relations goals
- Assisting with design and materials for Brand awareness
- Scheduling and overseeing community activities, sponsorships, and corporate events
- Coordinating continuing education activities
- Monitoring new dental professionals in the community and pursuing relationships with them
- Ordering office supplies used for marketing purposes
- Performing interdepartmental errands when needed
- Assisting with various correspondences and other duties for the doctor
- Attending and actively participating in meetings, committees, in-services, seminars, workshops, conferences, quality management activities according to job responsibilities and Practice requirements
The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level education, excellent communication skills, marketing and public relations experience, and a strong analytical mindset.
They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with Practice doctors and referring doctors, and have a strong understanding of marketing and public relations principles.
The Practice is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a change advocate, and be able to lead by example.
They will also have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, independent decision-making skills, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism and professional image.
