Patient Liaison and Hospitality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, hospitals, and medical staff.
Provide welcoming and genuine hospitality to patients and guests on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient concerns and provide support as needed.
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and hospital staff.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
