We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Clinical Services Navigator to serve as the primary liaison between patients and their medical teams. This role will also involve acting as a patient advocate and support for oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • Department: Multidisciplinary Clinics
  • Location: Presbyterian Medical Center

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will have a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care. They will be responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm".

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of nursing experience, required. Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current nursing license in appropriate state, required.
  • Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
