Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at our Barry Road location. As a Personal Banker, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing personalized service, expert advice, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of sales or customer service experience required; experience in a financial services environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
