This role is a float-based position that focuses on expanding and retaining customer relationships by proactively meeting with customers to understand their financial needs and providing product and service recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Builds new customer relationships through frequent interactions and proactive contact.
- Participates in a welcoming lobby experience, directing customers to the appropriate team member based on their needs.
- Promotes teamwork in float branches and assists in fostering a positive overall customer experience.
- Assists, trains, and mentors retail staff, serving as the primary point of contact for the region.
- Defines and offers solutions to resolve problems, using knowledge of the bank to identify helpful resources.
- Identifies financial needs and presents product and service options, working cooperatively with internal team members.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of procedures, including ATM/ITM settlement, night depository, vault cash, and safe deposit.
- Maintains proficiency in bank products and services, such as internet banking, bill pay, and mobile deposits.
- Takes ownership of the customer experience, resolving service issues and opening accounts with other products.
- Three years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Building Trust: Interacting with others to give confidence in one's intentions and the organization's.
- Customer Focus: Ensuring the customer perspective drives business decisions and activities.
- Contributing to Team Success: Actively participating as a team member to move the team toward goals.
