Job Summary

The Treasury Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating treasury opportunities, implementations, and account maintenance with clients, Treasury Bankers, and Services and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects, showcasing our treasury services.
  • Assist in preparing treasury pricing/profitability models, proposals, presentations, and payment cycle reviews.
  • Attend sales calls upon request of the Treasury Sales Banker, providing support and expertise.
  • Gather data, processing instructions, documentation, and other information required for new client treasury services implementations.
  • Monitor the status of active implementations to ensure timely and accurate setups, meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain high-level communication with clients, Treasury Bankers, and Services and Support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including initiating treasury services workflow for new product implementations.
  • Remain current with all treasury products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, and understand their impact on treasury services, new and existing.
  • Prepare, attend, and manage follow-up from annual treasury services reviews for clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex client questions and/or service issues, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Gather and analyze data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate complex payment-related concepts to clients, suggesting products and services that increase efficiency and reduce risk of fraud.
  • Interact with internal and external clients, providing extraordinary service and developing trusted, positive relationships.
  • Represent the Bank and Card Services team in a highly professional manner, adhering to our values and standards.
  • Complete job assignments in a professional, timely, and efficient manner, organizing and prioritizing work, utilizing appropriate technology and service tools for tracking internal and external requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality, adhering to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures, and complying with laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure reliable and predictable onsite attendance.
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services, with an emphasis on treasury management.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
