Job Title: Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Security Bank of Kansas City. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and deposit transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and meet sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, including online and mobile banking, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and individual performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of banking or retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including online and mobile banking.
  • Intermediate experience with office technology tools, such as Microsoft Office and computer software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
