Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail store team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be able to establish and maintain exceptional Guest Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
- Implement effective merchandising and inventory control strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
